Description:

Zoom is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to design and build intelligent, full-stack Quality Management solutions for Zoom's Enterprise Contact Center platform. In this remote position, you will collaborate closely across engineering, product management, and design squads to integrate scalable, AI-powered features that assist organizations in coaching and evaluating their agents. Your responsibilities will bridge high-concurrency backend distributed systems architecture and the engineering of intuitive UI components, directly leveraging AI/ML services to optimize automation and product intelligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of demonstrated hands-on expertise in backend software development using Java or related technologies to engineer robust, distributed systems.
• Practical experience with contemporary UI frameworks, specifically React or TypeScript, to build seamless, high-performance web interfaces.
• Comprehensive expertise in creating, documenting, and managing RESTful APIs, complex data structures, and highly scalable application frameworks.
• Demonstrated capability to integrate or utilize internal/external AI and Machine Learning services to improve automation, sentiment analysis, and product intelligence.
• Exceptional logical problem-solving and deep debugging skills to isolate and remediate intricate performance bottlenecks independently.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to deliver customer-centric, high-quality features inside a fast-paced environment.
